What security code are you talking about? The security code on the credit card? Have you gone to AppleID and Manage your Account and made sure all information is entered correctly?

I had the exact problem, my security code, billing address, card # and funds were all correct. After hours of frustration I signed out and powered my iPhone down for about 20 minutes. As soon as I signed back on iTunes I went in and updated payment info. It worked!!! Finally. So try it, it actually worked the same for my friend also

Hey, I found if you have a visa gift card and you go over the balence, if you get an Itunes gift card that will fix your issue.

EVERY single time I try to use my American Express it says my security code is invalid. I am 110% positive i have entered all my info correctly.
