Logic Express 8 not recognizing Keyboard?

Hi, I had to reinstall Logic Express 8 after using it for 3 years and after reinstalling it doe's not recognize the Keyboard .

Itried everything i know but it doesn't work.( My Mac is using OS X 10.5.8)
