This so-called "Support desk" on virtual programming

I've been asking support for this game for nearly 3 months, all they do is say "turn on anti-alising" or "We're at the mercy for apple to fix this" for this game flatout 2 which apperently doesn't work with macs 10.7.4 or later (I'm using 10.8/Mountain lion) and, apperently, this game was not fixed since the time I bought this crap. I've had an old mac which was working fine, except that it was a 10.7.3 version. Shocker that an old game would work with an old version? anyway, that mac is long gone now. I want a refund on this. I started a new thread for this game on the support desk, and this is the SECOND thread! the first one is about them complaining about how apple doesn't "Respond to their mercy" or how they're waiting patiently of how this game will never get fixed. My second thread was about I want a refund on this and this game will NEVER work. I gave them atleast 5-6 pictures of which I can show you NOW.

So, why am I posting this on the apple support instead of the game support huh? I said I already did that. 2 TIMES. They don't help at all! They just keep replaying the same thing over again! What is this?? 10 dollars + tax of something I can't even LOOK AT THE SCREEN WITH?

I've taken these pictures DIRECTLY from the support desk of which they just said THIS:

"Ouch, that is quite a mess. With regards to the game overheating your Macbook, this is because high end games typically make the graphics chip and processor work at a high capacity. This in turn makes the system produce more heat and makes the fans spin faster to cope with this. You must ensure your Macbook has adequate ventillation.

The cheat code will have had no effect on the problems you are seeing.

If you select "About This Mac" from the Apple menu, and then click "More Info" in the window that appears, you should get a window that shows your Mac's specification. On Lion, this will show the graphics chip that your Mac contains."

Okay. Now what did I learn from that? The version my Intel card is? Oh, I know that. i7. I also switch to Nvidia, too. Nothing works.

My mac is nothing but 2 months old or so, there is no problem at all with it. The battery it holds inside of it is 5.6 months old. 😟

I just need a refund on this crap. I've wasted 3gb of memory space on this 3d junk and nothing works. not even the support desk which also looks like their help is all bugged and glitchy. I hate this. I really enjoyed this game on my old mac, it really killed time. Now it's agitating me.

I know, I should ask the "Help desk". Their help desk was all fast response when I said "Refund" to them. They usually respond in like 10-20 hours, but the time I said refund they responded in like, 5 minutes.

Please help me kill this problem. I don't want to do this, but I'll just spend my 10 bucks (+ tax 😟) on real-racing 2 or something (I got near 3 bucks in my app-store wallet right now.) so you wouldn't really be giving me a refund on this. I'll just be buying a more expensive game (3 dollars more xD) with the money.

Hope I get a helpful answer, Thanks.

Just want to say I have the same problem. Seems to be something with the Nvidia graphics cards and that game, becase I can play it fine on a MacBook Pro with ATI graphics, even in Mountain Lion. Not so on a computer with Nvidia graphics. The 10.8.2 update (which contains newer graphics drivers than 10.8) didn't help.

It looks similar to me as your first screenshot: https://vpltd.zendesk.com/attachments/token/jymyuu5n21rw1w1/?name=Screen+Shot+20 12-07-27+at+5.21.02+PM.png
