Apr 19, 2015 6:36 AM in response to Kathy Nellby Demo,Try turning off WiFi on the phone, then reset the phone and turn on WiFi again.
On your phone go to Settings>WiFi>Off. Reset the phone by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen then let go of the buttons and let the phone start up. After the phone is running, go back to Settings>WiFi>On. Launch the camera and take a photo and see if it uploads to Photo Stream.

Apr 19, 2015 7:34 AM in response to Kathy Nellby Demo,Sorry, after rereading I see what you meant. Are you using a PC? I don't know if this will be of any help, but there are also links at the end of this support article that you can look at.

Apr 19, 2015 7:43 AM in response to Demoby Kathy Nell,I am on all Apple devices, have used for years, it was not until i got the new iPhoto app on the latest system update that my photos stopped moving to my laptop. photos on iPad saved to the Photo app from iMessages or emails or the web move to laptop just not iPhone pics. iPhone pics will move to iPad, they just don't go any further. I give up. My husband has the exact same set up as me and he is having no issues. I tried your suggestion, did a hard reboot, turn off wifi etc. did not fix problem. rebooted laptop too.

Apr 19, 2015 10:40 AM in response to Kathy Nellby Demo,I updated to OS X 10.10.3, but I refuse to use the new Photos app, at least for a while. I just ignored it. I was running iPhoto 9.6.1, so that still works under the latest update as long as you don't launch Photos and update the photo library.
Anyway, I'm sorry that I can't be of any help, but I know nothing about the new photos app and that is mostly by choice. I realize that you can do this on your own, but take a look here.
Photostream not working on my Mac using the new Photos App
You may not have seen this because it is buried in the OS X Software sub forums. You might be better off looking for help in there.
Good luck to you.

Jul 10, 2015 7:21 PM in response to Demoby Jakeindc,Syncing is a nightmare. I have a couple of pics and folders that have never synced. I deleted the folders to force everything to be in sync, but there are still a couple of individual photos that just won't sync. Of course, when they do sync, it can take hours if not days. Why is it that Dropbox can get everything synced in less than 30 minutes (for about 500 mb), while after 6 hours Photos shows the folders but none of the pics? Photos is a nice idea but even using the limited library on my laptop and iPhone, it's a pain to sync. There is no way I would even begin to try it with the 80 GB of pics I have on the desktop.
