Q: Refund movie rental

Why can't I cancel movie rentals and not be charged when I find out AFTER PURCHASE it will take 4-6 hours to download? Seems unfair

Ther are no refunds.

Doesn't really answer why. It would be a much better service if there was a warning such as "based on your current download speed this movie will take x mins or x hours. Do you still want to continue?..."

Seems that apple is easy to use in general except when it comes to reversing a mistake you've made around purchases.
