You will have to contact the carrier it is locked to, they are the only ones who can legally unlock your iPhone.

No, we are all fellow users on here and not employees of Apple.  Apple will not help but will direct you to the carrier the iPhone is locked to.

If you want to unlock an iPhone you must contact your carrier...ONLY the carrier can unlock the iPhone for you.  Apple does not do unlocking as the iPhone sold locked is subsidized by the carrier and unlocking would violate Apple's contracts with the carriers.

You need the AppleId and passcode used to originally activate the iPhone.

This is a new security feature in iOS 7 called Activation Lock. There is no

workaround.
