mon ipod shuffle est bloquer .

je l allume il fonctione tres bien mais 3 secondes apres le demarrage il se verouille tout seul et je ne peu plus rien faire .

ni changer de chanson ni regler le volume .

que dois je faire .

sa ne marche pas j ai restaurer , reformater , chercher une mise a jour et tout est ok .

Do you have an Apple Store/Genius Bar close by that you could make a trip to? They would be able to identify what if any problems there are with your iPod Shuffle.
