I found this in the forum, I have not test it so far to give you a fast response, but it might will help you?

With a Mac:

  1. Plug in iPhone
  2. Open preview
  3. Select File > Import from (your iPhone name)
  4. Then select all and choose the red circular symbol at the bottom
  5. This will delete all your photos and videos

With iPhoto (If you have the application on your Mac):

  1. Plug in iPhone
  2. Go to iPhoto
  3. Click on iPhone on device list
  4. Click Remove Photos from iPhone on right under the pictures
