Q: The old batteries are stuck in my wireless keyboard.  Help.

Well kathw, when I had this problem with a battery, I tried everything to get it out; finally ended up at a genius bar. There I learned that I could not retreive the third battery because there wasn't one. I had just gotten a new keyboard and did not know that they take only 2 batteries. I thanked the genius for not laughing at me, took my keyboard and went home.

Really? I hope you're right because I thought I have the same problem. Sure looks like the bottom of a battery down there to me.

Stick a couple of new batteries in there and see if it works. If it does, there's your answer. I'm still telling people the story of me & my keyboard-with-only-two-batteries. Joke's on me.
