Movie art work not showing up

I have noticed lately that when using home sharing on my ipad2, that artwork for the movies is not showing up. There are a few titles that show the movie cover artwork but very few.

When I select a movie that has no artwork the right movie does play.

There were times when the wrong artwork appeared, but simply turning off home sharing and turning it back on would fix that problem for me. This new development does not respond to that same course of action.

Any ideas and or suggestions would greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

If I leave iTunes turned on for days on end - and do not quit and restart my Mac for days on end - things start going wonky when I sync - home share - whatever.

I can't swear that this will work, but see if quitting iTunes, restarting the computer and the iPad help with this. That's what I do and it always seems to work for me.

I have the same problem. It also does not show the artwork in iTunes proper when this is happening until I click to play the movie or get info. then it shows up. Very annoying. Still looking for a solution.

I just received my new iPad and get no movie artwork nor will it sync all my photos. My original iPad does not have this problem. I have spent nearly 4 hours with Apple on the phone and am getting no resolution. Any ideas?

This happens to me too every once and a while and if it's just a few movies I've been able to Get Info (command + i) and then just press okay and the artwork re-appears.
