You need somthing small like a paper clip or the tool to open the sim tray and if you look on the right side of the phone theres a slot with a little circle. Push the tool into the circle and the tray should pop out

there is no cdma available in sri lanka and there is no side hole in this phone

You wasted your money. iPhone 4 CDMA, from Sprint, does not have a sim slot. Only iPhone 4S CDMA has a sim slot. Your Sprint iPhone 4 will only work/activate on Sprint's network.
