when i open system report i cheked for application report installed on my mac in that i see which apps i downloaded from app store are showing NO for they are from app store on the report is it ok?

To view apps downloaded from the App Store...
Open the App Store then click Purcahases from the menu at the top of the window.
All purchases from the Mac App and iTunes stores can be accessed by opening iTunes. From the iTunes menu bar top of your screen click Store > Sign In then enter your Apple ID and password. Then again click Store > View My Account, re enter your password.
Then select Purchase History.
