What Happened to Send Link to this Page? How Do I Get It Back?

In most cases, I don't want to email a page from Safari to a friend, just a link to the page. That was an option under the FILE menu in the previous version. Can I do that in the new version somehow? Is there something I can turn on? If not, how can I go back to the previous version? If there is no way to use the previous version under Mountain Lion, then it's time to go back to Firefox. Apple was not wise to remove that feature under the guise of "improving
