I have Iphone 4 just upgraded to 5.1.1 and now its not showing wifi and bluetooth they are emboded means can not be touched to turn on or off so what shoud I do? I restored it also but still same thing

I'm not sure what you mean by "they are emboded". Are you saying the wifi icon in the top bar doesn't show. Have you gone into Settings>Wifi to see if the device is logged into a LAN?
The wifi and bluetooth is grayed and can not be on or off..
