Q: I have am having problems finding iPhones on Find My iPhone

I have 3 iPhones, and iPad and MacBook on my "Find My iPhone" app/account. Whenever I pull up the app on my phone or go on iCloud.com to Find My iPhone I can't find 2 of my iPhones, getting either "location not available" or "offline". I have checked the location services and iCloud in the settings on both of the phones that can't be located and all are on. I'm lost, where do I go from here? Delete the app on these phones and reset up?

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1

The app on each device has nothing to do with this. The app on each device is for locating another iOS device with Find My iPhone enabled vs having to login with your iCloud account with a browser on a computer.

Thanks, but this helped me in no way whatsoever. I'm trying to figure out why some devices are found and some (that used to be found) are no longer being found on either the app on the phone of through iCloud.com. I have checked everything that I am supposed to check and location services is on as well as iCloud.

You tried all the steps in that article under the heading, "Issues finding an iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or Mac" ?
