Currently I am unable to transfer any of my purchased apps onto my iPhone 4. I have the latest edition of iTunes and have restored my phone and nothing is working. How shall I go about fixing this problem? I'm able to transfer music just fine but not apps.

Do you have Sync Apps selected under the Apps tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes?
If so, is any error message provided?
If you have Restrictions enabled on your iPhone, do you have Installing Apps turned on as a Restriction?
