If you can't there is something wrong with your Windows install or you just don't know where or how to show disk drives on Desktop or from Computer, as NTFS is readable.

Boot Camp it is not, it is a NTFS partition for Windows created by Boot Camp Assistant, a utility to download drivers to install in Windows, and for partitioning your hard drive.

Maybe you want to change Finder preference to show mounted hard drives on the sidebar or Desktop.
