Apple TV losts connection on Home Sharing

I am using home sharing to connect the Apple TV to iTunes in my Mac mini. I notice I always need to reboot the Mac mini to reconnect the home sharing. I already change both devices to static ip, still no help. I hope i do not need to change my router to Airport Express to make it work. I am using Linksys e4200, and i love it. I found many users have the same problem, but it seems there is not solution. Any input will help!
