Can iPhone bluetooth work with a Nokia Bluetooth ?
I have an iPhone 4 if I pair it with my Nokia E63 it do pair but it can't send or receive file. Also with my Dell lab top

That's correct. iOS devices do not support Bluetooth file transfers to other non-iOS Bluetooth devices.
