what if you cant do anything it went to a blank blue screen

Hey im Darleese and i have an 8gb ipod touch serial number C3TGH2S1DT75 MODEL A1367 : i was on facebook an it hung up so i clicked home button about 4 times an it wouldnt do nothing so then i put it down an i picked it up it went to a frying screen then to a blank blue screen an you CANT TURN IT ON OR OFF it just came un hung i hucked it to my pc an then it cam unhung what do i do if it does this again need any help please im lucky i got that one i might not get another one ...?
