Why doesn't the PHP mail() function work since OS X Server (Mountain Lion)?
I have a hard time getting my old contact script, which worked on Lion Server, to work on OS X Server (Mountain Lion).
Am I overlooking something?

mark23, is it your script? or the absence of this function in Mountain Lion?
I used the same method, from the same site. Still nothing.
It's not postfix, because I can use sendmail straight from Terminal and it sends email.
It's between php and sendmail that something doesn't happen.

I too need to find a resolution for this problem.
In my /etc/php.ini file, I had to tell it where mail is located.
Here is the default entry; commented out and blank:

Here is what I entered:
sendmail_path = /usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i
