So how safe is the "cloud"
This is nothing new to any Mac user or anyone in the IT world but choosing to host you're information in the cloud can prove to be risky business. Private companies and governmental institutions are still very wary when choosing to migrate their info to a cloud solution. Most will opt for a hybrid solution and keep their "Valuable information" in their private cloud and host the rest in a public cloud solution....bla..bla..bla
With that being said how many feel comfortable using ICloud with the New Mountain Lion?.....I already heard a few stories about how some people had their information compromised. I mean its great to be able to sync it all real time in the cloud in a heartbeat but at the expense of your privacy. Not saying apple is selling this info to anyone or doing any shady business.....but I'm talking peace of mind.
In any case I've chosen to take some time and reflect before using ICloud.....but until then can anybody guide me on how to sync Notes, reminders and all the cool stuff between my IPad and my MacBook pro withouth using ICloud?
P.S....I love Mac!
