How do you change Lion Server to regular Lion (Lion Client?)??

So I bought a Mac Mini Server in order to get the Quad Core i7. Ive tried running my regular softwares under Lion Server but they are not working correctly so I would like to change my OS to plain ol Lion. Do I need to purchase Lion or can I change the Lion Server software to regular Lion?? Not interested in Muontain Lion at this time as it is just too soon for a Pro applications guy like myself to change over to such a new OS.

Thank you in advance!

Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

This worked for me. -- from AppleCare Enterprise Server Support: 1.866.752.7753

Thank you for contacting the Enterprise Team today. As we have left off from the call, we have removed the server.app from the applications folder. And we are updating Install Mac OSX Lion from a second client machine. In order to complete the process, please follow the following steps.

1. Once the update is complete, navigate to the Applications Folder, right click on Install Mac OSX Lion, and choose show package contents

2. You will then need to navigate through Contents, to Shared Support, where you will locate InstallESD.dmg

3. Start disk utility, highlight the thumb drive, you'll see the restore function from the Tabs on the top of the screen

4. Select the Source as installESD.dmg, choose the destination by dragging the thumb drive icon into the destination field.

5. Allow to finish the restore process, this may take a little time.

6. With the thumb drive reset up, plug it into the Mac Mini, reboot the system and hold down the option key

7. Select the thumb drive

8. Once the thumb drive loads, you'll need to select your language as English, and proceed till you hit the window entitled Mac OS X Utilites

9. Select disk utility from the list, once it loads, select the internal drives, and choose the erase function for each drive, these will need to be done independently.

10. Once complete, quit out of disk utility, either through the menu, or by press command+q on your keyboard.

11. Once back at the utilities screen, selection reinstall mac OS X, depending it may be labelled as Install Mac OSX

12. Proceed through the following windows until you are able to select which drive you would wish to install the OS to

13. With that complete, choose continue, and allow the install to complete, this may take 30+ minutes, once complete, you will be brought to the welcome screen with a fresh OS

Please keep the following in mind as you enjoy your new product. You will need to download the iLife suite from the Apps Store, it will not be installed by default. Also another major thing to keep in mind, because the Mac Mini you own, shipped as a server, the internet recovery function of the machine(Selecting Command+R at boot) will want to install server, should you need to recover from a full drive failure, you will need to perform the install off of the thumb drive we have created today. Also to ensure you get proper support when calling into Apple Care, inform the Agent after you have provided them with the serial number, please state the system is not running the Server OS, but is running the client OS.
