I have the latest IPad and have been viewing movies using AirPlay. Watching movie from Amazon instant movies for the first time and there is no video but I do have audio. How can I fix this? Thank you.

Thx for the answer. Enough of you are saying video delivery is vendor dependent that i believe that is the issue. Amazon instant streamaing is apparently not one of them :( in a few years this will all be sorted out. It's the great migration of video delivery and some of it works and some of it doesn't. It's licensing, costs and technology standards making a mess of it. One thing for sure, if you use the apple ecosystem with your apple products it usually works.
AirPlay always worked but today I can only get sound? What can I do?
