facebook hcg virus

I apparently have a virus that I received from a friend on facebook. I now am distributing facebook messages (unbeknownst to me), regarding an hcg diet with a link. I searched Apple for antivirus software and found something called Aperture 1.1. However, I cannot get it installed as my computer tells me that I don't need this update.

How do I get rid of this virus?
