My music doens't even take up 5 GB of memory and I deleted all my apps to put the music on my 8GB ipod but it still won't let me put the music on. I'm confused as to why it won't all fit. My ipod has enough room but it won't sync my music. Anyone know what's going on?

When I try it says I need more memory that there is not enough on my ipod. It says the memory is going to my music library and other. I'm not sure what the other is I deleted all my apps and pictures. I had nothing else I could get rid of and it still said I was using memory for other.

If the "other" is large, like > 3/4 GB that means it likely contains corrupted files. To reduce the "other" to it normal starting point of about 1/2 GB you need to restore your iPod.
