what does it mean when an ipod classic has a ! in a triangle below the battery on the screen?
my ipod classic has a exclaimation point on in a triangle below the battery (witch is dead) and it doesnt want to charge. what do I do?

Plug it directly into a wall socket if you have a plug to do so. I use the plugs that come with my iPhones, the USB plug plugs into it and then it plugs into the wall. It only takes a few minutes to get a good enough charge to start up the iPod this way.
If you plug into a computer, it will take much longer, maybe an hour or more.
