Network boot

I have an imac (latest gen) and a MacBook Pro (from 2007). Is there a way to boot up to the imac from the MacBook Pro? Also, I have a Windows Server 2008 R2, and would like to be able to boo the MacBook pro and the imac from the Windows Server. I am willing to use OSX server. Oh, and they are both running OSX Mountain Lion
