My Ipad was stolen but I accidentally removed the device when I logged in on icloud. Is there a way to add it back remotely?

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 5.1.1

If you did accidently remove it, once the ipad is reconnected to the internet it will automatically be readded to your list, because your apple account is logged into the device. Be sure to check find my iphone frequently before the thief loggs out of your account.
