What dock extender can I get to fit my iphone 4 witha otterbox defender case?

I got scammed by dockextenders.com and did not receive their product but they took my money. Does anyone have any knowledge about a REPUTABLE company that makes a dock extender that will fit my iphone 4 while it is in my Otterbox Defender case. It is a real hassle to take out of the case every night to set it on my docking Kicker radio. I use it for my alarm (it is the only thing that I have found that can wake me up!). I would prefer a 30 pin male to female cable but the only ones that I have found have been way to fat. The male end needs to be the same thickness as the charging cable that came with the phone.
