Q: how do i enable my apple id to purchase itunes cards?

Itunes is telling me "my ID is currently not eligible to purchase gift cards" when i have before with no problem. How do I adjust this? thanks

You cannot use Gift Card credits to Purchase Gift Cards...

You need to have a Curent and Valid Credit Card associated with your Account...

I am not using a gift card. Im using the credit card that I have on file.
