Q: how to transfer photos to ipad from camera using camera connection kit?

Hello everyone,

I bought a used genuine apple connection kit (but only one peace, for usb) on ebay.

I just tried to connect my camera to iPad and nothing is coming up. I would have thought so the iPad would start something automatically.

Is there a way I can try to upload photos manually? What do I need to do on iPad? Where to look? what to open?

(I have no photos on iPad yet)

(and, please, no advice how to do it using computer, as I don't have one)

Thank you for your help.

    You are a diamond! seriously...

I think that app you are talking about is exactly what I will need. Off to iTunes...

I can not thank you enough.

I wish there were more stars or something to give you and Alfred DeRose....

When you talk to other people they come up with some crazy things that leave you thinking if the language I'm using is not english.. At least today i learnt that it actually is not me, it is others; and there ARE some intelligent people left... Thank you universe!!

I found OPlayer HD that claims to read wma, also, it has great reviews. So I will get it and try and use 'open- in' approach. I'm so happy!

I also thought, maybe you would know the answer to this question that I'm still seeking.
