Upgrading iMovie on new MacBook Pro?

I have just purchased a new MacBook Pro and have upgraded to Mountain Lion. iMovie Garage Band and iPhoto are already installed. I keep getting a note saying that I should upgrade these. When I try this I am told that I should sign in on a different account. But, I only have one Mac account and am signed in under that account. Anyone know what I should do?
