Has anyone with the new MBP Retina had a non functioning USB port to the right?

While trying to configure some additional peripherals on my desk at work I have discovered that the RH USB port on my new (2 weeks old) MacBook Pro with Retina display isn't working at all.

Whilst I accept that sometimes things go wrong, am I safe in assuming I can demand a full replacement and not allow Apple to 'send it for repair'??

I use this equipment for work and to allow them to have it for a period of more than 24 hours will kill my business. Given the notebook isn't even a month old surely I have some consumer rights to claim a full replacement?

Anyone else with something similar?

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion, 2.7 GHz, 16 GB, GT 650M, 768gbFlash

Thanks Florin101. I have an appointment with my local genius this afternoon at 5.20pm GMT(BST). I will let you know what the resolution is. MY problem will be demanding a replacement for something they don't have in stock. I was the first person to pick up the top spec MBP Retina at my local store (I had to insist they didn't clap me out of the store and cheer...) But I know they don't have any more 'hen's teeth rare' top spec models in stock.

Thanks for responding so quickly.
