ksadmin?

I recently got a MacBook from my school, and it came with Google Chrome installed. I tried opening it in school, and a notice said that it doesn't have permission to run "ksadmin". What is this? Is it also related to the fact that Chrome says that it crashed the last time that I used it, even though it didn't?
