Helpful suggestions: ATA SSD, upgrade ram, downgrade OS X to tiger or before, defrag hard drive, deleated programs and data, etc.

Funny suggestions: buy new MacBook, run with it, throw it, push the gas pedal, put it in drive, jump on it, threaten it, etc.
