I need to buy an appletv remote...where can I get one?

I lost the tiny remote and cannot update my apple tv software.

I need to buy a new one i'm told..:(

You can get one at any bricks and mortar or online AppleStore.

yes, I called my local store they have one. by chance do you know how I would go about programming the new one if it was previously paired to the old/lost one?

Use the 'unpair sequence by holding menu and left arrow buttons together for 6 seconds until you see a broken link icon appear.

Any remote can disable pairing.
