Yes - Just sign into the MAS with the same Apple ID for both machines
Save the installer to disk before you install the first one. This will save you the second download which can be time consuming.
It's in your /Applications folder "Install OS X.app" before you install. After install it self-destructs.

Why does the installer get deleted. If Apple lets you install on multiple devices, why delete the Installer after installation.
