iWeb RSS not loading

I am using iWeb 09 on my site (http://savingtherepublic.com) and have had two feeds running for quite sometime. All of a sudden today they are not loading "Downloadng RSS feed..."appears.

Let me be clear there have been no changes nothing done to the site. I use the feeds so I dont have to constantly go in and update my homepage via FTP.

What do I do to get these to start downloading?

Even when I open iWeb 09 they arent running. If you go to direct links for the feeds (http://www.savingtherepublic.com/blog/feed/ and http://savingtherepublic-apgw.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss ) the material loads
