my iphone wont go into recovery mode so it can get out of disarmed mode

power off the phone and pull up itunes on you computer

now you want to hold the home button and connect your phone to the computer

keep holding the home button till the phone shows the itunes

then itunes will pop up and say that it has detected a phone in recovery mode
