Here's some hints for ejecting the disk:

If you successfully installed Lion you may be able to boot into the Recovery HD to see if you can run some repairs: Restart holding down Command+R and hoepfully you'll get to a screen with four choices. Select Disk Utility, click on Macintosh HD on the left and click on repair disk. If it says anything was fixed, click repair again until you get a clean pass. Restart as normal from the Apple menu.

Hello, I have ejected the disk but nothing new, It doesn't want to boot from it.

I start the computer the I push Alt and it shows me HDD drive with Windows, then I put the DVD Lion and I can choose EFI boot, but that doesn't work, few seconds later the DVD is ejected.

And still this error I don't know what to do

I'm afraid my input is going to be limited. I don't know what the message means but the fact that it mentions memory could indicate a RAM issue. I stress, this is just a guess on my part.. Maybe take the RAM chips out and try re-seating them.

Beyond that, perhaps someone else will chime in with suggestions, or it could be a trip to the workshop.

Good luck and let us know what the issue was when you get it sorted.
