Why am I suddenly seeing "blocked plug-in"?

I just updated my software now have all "blocked plug-ins" and can't watch videos.

Reinstall your plug-ins with the latest versions. Yours are out of date. Flash player is likely the problem. Go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download and install the latest version.

Yes me also. Doesn't work to upload the latest - in fact that was probably the start of the problem. I've re-installed several times now.
