Q: I cannot access my iCloud account on in the general tab are all greyed out. How do I turn them back on?
I cannot access my iCloud or email accounts in the settings of my iPad. The iCloud tab is greyed out as well as the mail accounts in the general tab. How do I turn these on?

Check settings > general > restrictions and make sure you are able to make changes to the appropriate accounts.
