Q: my i phone will not start

Try resetting it: hold the on/off and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo (ignore the off slider that appears first), then release.

i have tried it many times and the skider off doesnt appear it just turns off and then when it turns back on it has the same itunes plug in sign

If you're seeing the image below, you need to connect your phone to your computer and launch iTunes.  It will probably tell you that it detected your phone in recovery mode and you need to restore it.

i have the same problem and cant do anything with my phone, did you resolve your phone issue as my problem cant get connected to i-tunes or restore at all

Having same problem...It has been restored but when I plugged it to my computer to get backup, It has asked for sim code which is not working and has shut me out and going in circles!!!
