Q: iTunes inaccessible

hi, i am not able to see or buy any paid content in the iTunes library on my macbook pro and iPad. Only the free content is visible and downloadable. Out of that too, not all categories are visible. mac is over a year old running Mac OS X 10.7.4. iPad3 is the latest model with 32 GB bought last week. i never tried downloading earlier on the mac till i bought the iPad. Now i see the above problem. i did go through Apple Support site and did whatever was mentioned in regard to Keychain Access (on the pro). Still the problem persists. i am based out of new delhi, india.

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010), Mac OS X (10.7.4)

According to this page you should have Apps, Podcasts, iTunes U and free ibooks in the Indian store - music, films, tv shows and paid-for ibooks are not currently available there.

Do music, do you have access to other music purchase download sites that you can use instead ? And/or you can copy your own music CDs via your computer's iTunes.
