I have a Mac OS X 10.6.8 and macbook Pro OSX snow leopard, if I update one does the other update or do I need to buy two updates?

I have a Mac OW X 10.6.8 and a macbook Pro Snow leopard. I was wanting to put icloud on each to share music, photos etc if I buy the upgrade and download can I use this on both computers? or do I need to purchase for both computers?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8), and imac

You can purchase Mountain Lion in the Mac App Store and you may install it on both machines provided they meet the Mountain Lion requirements which are listed here (see 'Supported Models'):

Once done you can set up iCloud on both Macs.
