Dyld Error, Library Not Loaded

I recently bought a new Netgear router, WNDR4500, which has a piece of software called Readyshare that enables usb drives to be connected and shared via the router.

The sales info clearly states that it works with Time Machine, but unfortunately it doesn't, so I deleted Readyshare. Since then I keep getting an error message, which reopens each time I close it.

Netgear support are useless, they told me to delete Time Machine!

The error is really annoying now, if anyone can help I would be very grateful. Error message below;
