I lost all my 2080 contacts from my iPhone and when I tried to restore it from my Mac, I lost them all on Mac as well, what should I do?

What should I do as I lost all my 2080 contacts in my iCloud? First I lost them from my iPhone 4S and then I tried to restore it from my Mac as I had them on my Mac's iCloud account. But when I attached my iPhone I lost all my contacts from there as well. It took me 1 whole week to personally put those numbers and now I am screwed... Anyone plz help me !!!
