You need a Valid and Active Credit Card...
You cannot buy a Gift Certificate with the Credit from another Gift Cetificate...

I do have a valid and active card. I am trying to buy with that card. I can apparently purchase anything else.

Is there really going to be a 48 hr wait? I am 'paying' my nieces for work they did before they go to Greece and I was able to purchase the first gift certificate but the second gave me the authorization error.
They will be gone before 48 hrs. Apparently I can't talk to someone?
