I bought mounting lion yesterday in china, I mean i download it but i noticed there is no facebook on share and i even can not register my facebook account on system performance at the mail and contacts... any ideas????

Facebook integration is coming sometime this fall.
I have check the video about that in apple web site and i saw its possible to register facebook account on mounting lion to use share, but in chinese version there is no facebook but there is other chinese social networks.

Mountain Lion is the same no matter where it is sold. Nobody has Facebook, everybody has chinese social networks. It doesn't matter what you saw in some video, the words at the bottom of this graphic taken from the Apple web site state the facts of the matter:
